Deposit Policy A $10 deposit is due at the time of booking. All deposits are non refundable for cancellations & no call no shows. Deposits are only refundable under the circumstances that your service cannot be fulfilled by SoftTouch Artistry. Reschedule Policy If you need to reschedule you can do so 24 hours before your appointment time. You are allowed to transfer your deposit for a reschedule. Late Policy There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & deposit will be forfeited. How to Prep for Your Appointment Please arrive with a clean face & freshly groomed brows. No extra guest allowed unless they are being serviced or if the person I’m servicing is a minor.
